About Yoga with Jai
Namaste, I am Jaina aka Jai, Yoga has been a constant in my life since I was at university studying my degree in Fashion Design. I trained in 2010 for my 200 hours Hot Hatha Yoga teaching qualification with Yoga Haven & 2015 with Lushtums for my Pre, Post and Antenatal Education qualifications. I began teaching yoga in 2015. I offer bespoke and tailored classes, workshop & retreats to suit your needs, whether you are a new or established yogi / yogini.

Classes are fun, friendly, relaxing and a safe space place for you to practice. I am passionate about sharing the traditional philosophy of Yoga, taking you on a journey through breath work, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, basic pose, alignment and more challenging postures through creative sequencing. Pranayama (breath work) & asana’s (postures) will help to detoxify and remove any stale, stagnant energy, whilst we focus on connecting with our inner being, leaving you feeling energised and happy from the inside.
