Grade 2 Ballet
This class is suitable for dancers who have some Ballet experience. Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and provides children with the essential skills to grow into confident, well-rounded dancers. Through fun, engaging and imaginative classes, dancers develop coordination, flexibility, balance, posture, strength and musicality, whilst building confidence and creativity. Our Ballet classes follow the IDTA syllabus, alongside free work, creative activities and performance elements that bring variety to each lesson. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace in a supportive and nurturing environment where they can develop a love for dance whilst making new friends and having fun. For those who wish to, dancers have the opportunity to work towards optional IDTA Ballet examinations, celebrating their progress and achievements as they continue to grow.

Tiny Tap, Ballet & Modern Mix
This class is direct follow on class from our Little Lemons Pre-School Dance class, and is suitable for children in Reception. The balance of the three subjects within this class creates variety and diversity, allowing dancers to develop a broad range of skills in every lesson. Through Ballet, Tap and Modern, children build strong technical foundations while improving their rhythm, coordination, musicality, flexibility, posture and confidence. This well-rounded approach provides them with the very best dance training in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment, where every child is encouraged to learn at their own pace and enjoy the experience of dancing. At this stage, dancers are invited to take their IDTA examinations in Ballet, Tap and Modern, beginning with Rosette Awards before progressing to First Steps and, in the future, graded examinations. Examinations are completely optional.

Grade 2 Tap
This class is suitable for dancers who have some Tap Dance experience. Tap dance is an exciting and energetic style that encourages children to make music with their feet whilst developing rhythm, coordination, musicality and confidence. Our fun and engaging classes help dancers improve their timing, stamina and listening skills as they learn a wide variety of tap steps and combinations. Following the IDTA Tap syllabus, children build strong technical foundations whilst enjoying creative exercises, choreography and performance opportunities. Classes are designed to be inclusive and encouraging, allowing every child to progress at their own pace in a positive and supportive environment. Dancers also have the opportunity to take optional IDTA Tap examinations, giving them achievable goals and the chance to celebrate their hard work and progress throughout their dance journey.
