Indeed, our swimming crash courses have proved invaluable in improving confidence and technique for both children and adult alike and are also an ideal introduction for new or potential participants. So if your children have lots of energy to burn and/or you yourself have always harboured the intention to learn to swim or improve your stroke technique, now is the time to do so!
