Kempston Pool & Fitness

Kempston Pool & Fitness on Hillgrounds Road brings local fitness and swimming to the heart of the community, with Bedford station around 15 minutes away. The gym has cardio and strength training equipment for complete workouts, while the 25-metre pool is popular for lane swimming and aqua classes that draw regulars all week. Group cycle sessions and studios offer yoga, Pilates and LBT classes. We support home education groups through Places and partner with ILearn Bedford to keep local families active. With over 50 free parking spaces and Addison Park nearby, it's an easy choice for staying fit close to home.
