Parental Leave can be a rollercoaster and looking after yourself whilst trying to look after a baby is every bit as difficult as it sounds. My friendly and social Pilates class is designed to introduce you to other parents at a similar stage whilst doing some nice gentle exercise. Hopefully you'll leave feeling a little bit happier and healthier and glad you made it out of the house (even if the rest of the day is nappies, washing and screaming... joy). If you've never done Pilates before there'll be plenty of beginner level explanation and if you are ready for a bit more, there'll always be a progression available to suit you.
