Tumbling Class
Tumbling Class Our Tumbling Class is perfect for gymnasts aged 5–13 years who are ready to build their tumbling skills, confidence and strength! Gymnasts will work on developing their technique through a range of fun and progressive tumbling exercises, including rolls, cartwheels, somersaults and other tumbling skills as they progress. Entry requirement: Gymnasts must be able to confidently perform a forward roll and cartwheel independently. This class is also a great option for gymnasts who already attend another gymnastics class and would like to add extra training hours to their weekly schedule. The additional practice provides more opportunities to develop strength, technique, confidence and new skills. Whether your gymnast is looking to develop their tumbling or simply wants some extra time in the gym, this class is a fun and supportive way to keep progressing!
