Our Squad Gymnastics class is a special, invite-only group for gymnasts who are ready for a little more challenge and structure in their training. This class is designed for athletes who show strong skills, a positive attitude, and a love for gymnastics. Gymnasts will work on improving technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment.
