-until you are comfortable carrying them (suggestion around 20kilos.) It’s a 45-minute dance class, where you will get to dance to some ’90s/ early 00’s Pop classics, some Dancehall, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, Cha-cha-cha. You name it, we will probably dance to it one day! With 15 mins at the beginning or end to meet other like-minded carers and their little ones. Mama’s Got Movz is a chance to bond with your baby, connect them to the world of music and dance from a young age, meet other parents, do something for you, have fun, and dance!
