For 5 to 7 years This is the third class in our academy. Our kids football training classes are designed with skill acquisition in mind. However, ensuring kids have FUN is essential for kids to develop these skills
Our Tiny Tumbles class allows children to learn through play using their imagination and creativity. This class will develop your child’s fine motor skills, balance, coordination and reflexes, all while smiling, laughing and participating in our fun and bright environment. Tiny Tumbles also teaches children to listen to directions and take turns. We use different hand apparatus each week like feathers, scarfs, beanbags or balls to warm up before moving onto the equipment to develop our jumping, balancing and rolling and challenge them to excite their senses and begin to develop their gymnastics skills. This class is for kids who love obstacle courses, running, climbing and jumping off everything! The kids will expend lots of energy, increase their core strength, coordination and fitness.

Our Competition Team programme is for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level. Dancers work on technique, performance skills and teamwork while learning a group routine for competitions, shows and community events. Being part of a team helps dancers progress quickly, build confidence, develop resilience and form lasting friendships through shared experiences and achievements. Competitions will take place from January–June 2027 , with the schedule shared in August 2026 . A £100 deposit is due on 1st October 2026 to secure your dancers place. This will be deducted from competition entry fees and costume costs. A training-only option is also available for dancers who do not wish to compete. These dancers will still train with the team and perform in shows and community events. Commitment and regular attendance are essential for all team members.
In our Crazy Tumblers class we focus on tidying up basic gymnastics skills, with straight arms and legs, pointed toes and presentation. We start linking skills together to create routines on the mats and working on our tumbling skills. We also progress onto more complex partner skills as the gymnasts build strength and coordination during their training.

In this fun, engaging and supportive class, dancers begin to develop their ballet and jazz technique through structured exercises, creative movement and age-appropriate dance routines. As children start school, we place a greater focus on listening skills, following instructions, learning choreography and building confidence to work more independently within the class setting. Dancers are encouraged to express themselves, work together with their peers and develop friendships in a positive and welcoming environment. Throughout the year, they will learn a variety of routines and performance skills as they work towards taking part in our annual show in June 2027.
RAW Wrigglers (from walking age) – This semi-structured class is designed for little ones to explore gymnastics alongside their parent or carer. Each session begins with a lively musical warm-up, followed by free play on the apparatus. During this time, the coach provides guidance and explains the purpose behind each activity, ensuring children gain the most from their play. To finish, everyone comes together for parachute games, bubbles, songs and—of course—stickers! Children progress at their own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment. With a weekly rotation of apparatus, every class brings new challenges and plenty of variety. Our passion is movement, and we aim to make exercise a joyful, positive experience—building the foundations for lifelong healthy habits and happy, confident kids.

This class covers ballet, modern, tap and freestyle (including disco, hip-hop and street). It is designed specifically for Primary 1 – Primary 4 pupils. Our classes take a multi-discipline approach, allowing pupils to experience a variety of dance styles. Some sessions may focus more heavily on certain genres, but we ensure a balanced mix across the term. As well as developing technique across multiple styles, we aim to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every child can grow in confidence, performance skills, self-esteem and teamwork. All new pupils are welcome to book a 2-week trial before committing to classes. We offer two weeks as we find that one class is often not enough time for children to settle into a new environment, get to know their teachers & classmates, & feel comfortable in the class. Following the trial, you will receive an email invitation to confirm your place & set up monthly subscription payments, which are taken on the 1st of each month.
