We also aim to develop confidence and cognitive skills such as attention and memory. Our Bright Stars classes are designed for maximum fun and enjoyment in a friendly and nurturing environment. Our sessions are delivered using themes that allow the children to use their imagination and go on an adventure. We incorporate a range of exciting football-related activities that improve their fundamental football skills. We also introduce the children to small-sided games that help them build their confidence and encourage them to tackle and showcase their football skills!
For 5 to 7 years This is the third class in our academy. Our kids football training classes are designed with skill acquisition in mind. We aim to advance football skills such as shooting technique, dribbling, ball control, passing and tackling. We also introduce kids to our ‘skills to beat players’ model’. However, ensuring kids have FUN is essential for kids to develop these skills
Our Tiny Tumbles class allows children to learn through play using their imagination and creativity. This class will develop your child’s fine motor skills, balance, coordination and reflexes, all while smiling, laughing and participating in our fun and bright environment. Tiny Tumbles also teaches children to listen to directions and take turns. We use different hand apparatus each week like feathers, scarfs, beanbags or balls to warm up before moving onto the equipment to develop our jumping, balancing and rolling and challenge them to excite their senses and begin to develop their gymnastics skills. This class is for kids who love obstacle courses, running, climbing and jumping off everything! The kids will expend lots of energy, increase their core strength, coordination and fitness.

In our Crazy Tumblers class we focus on tidying up basic gymnastics skills, with straight arms and legs, pointed toes and presentation. We start linking skills together to create routines on the mats and working on our tumbling skills. We also progress onto more complex partner skills as the gymnasts build strength and coordination during their training.

In our Acro 2 class we focus on tidying up basic Acro skills, with straight arms and legs, pointed toes and presentation. We start linking skills together to create routines on the mats and working on our tumbling skills. In this class the children will begin learning more complex skills such as different roll variations, handstand into bridge, kick-overs, one handed cartwheels, roundoff development, Y- stands and more advanced jumps.

Gymnasts start with basic balances and individual gymnastics skills. They also work on choreography plus strength & conditioning. This in turn helps prepare the gymnasts to move to our competitive Acro section. Above all, sessions are taught in a safe, encouraging environment where coaches ensure all skills are introduced progressively and gymnasts are supported to learn at their own pace. For children, acrobatics gymnastics is a fantastic way to make friends, build self-confidence, and keep healthy while having fun through creative movement and teamwork
