This class is open to complete beginners or dancers progressing from our younger classes. Dancers continue to build on their ballet and jazz foundations while developing technique, coordination, flexibility and musicality. Classes include age-appropriate exercises and choreography, helping dancers strengthen their skills and grow in confidence as they progress. We aim to help dancers become confident performers while building friendships and enjoying being part of a supportive dance community. Students are encouraged to persevere when learning new skills, celebrate their achievements and support one another in a positive and welcoming environment. Throughout the year, dancers will learn routines and develop their performance skills as they prepare for our annual show in June 2027. Under 10 Hip Hop Competition Team

Birth year - 2016-2020 Our Competition Team programme is for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level. Dancers work on technique, performance skills and teamwork while learning a group routine for competitions, shows and community events. Being part of a team helps dancers progress quickly, build confidence, develop resilience and form lasting friendships through shared experiences and achievements. Competitions will take place from January–June 2027 , with the schedule shared in August 2026 . A £100 deposit is due on 1st October 2026 to secure your dancers place. This will be deducted from competition entry fees and costume costs. A training-only option is also available for dancers who do not wish to compete. These dancers will still train with the team and perform in shows and community events. Commitment and regular attendance are essential for all team members.
