Buds & Blossom Yoga

By Buds & Blossom Yoga

Children love sharing activities with the adults in their lives and Buds & Blossom family yoga classes are a wonderful way to share and blossom together. Yoga will not only benefit the family physically, aiding strength and flexibility, but also mentally, improving focus alongside improving patience and promoting calmness through meditation. Yoga is also a valuable way to adopt good habits into children’s daily routines and it’s a wonderful way to support one another through new challenges. Mother & Baby – Bring your Baby

Yoga with Victoria James

By Yoga with Victoria James

My goal is to provide welcoming and inclusive classes suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in yoga. A key element of my teaching is to provide practical and easy-to-follow classes in which everyone can develop at their own pace and enjoy finding a way to make yoga part of their own routine. I started practicing yoga 27 years ago, following the birth of my second child and problems with lower back pain. I was so impressed with how much better I felt after just one class and yoga soon became a part of my daily routine.

ICON Gym Maidenhead

For us fitness goes beyond the physical – it has a key role in defining our mental state and influencing our emotional one too. That’s why we designed our gym to be a friendly, welcoming, safe space. We know that stepping into a gym can be a big deal – and sometimes an intimidating one. So, you won’t be confronted with the overpowering smell of sweat or the sight of muscle-bound people charging about the place. The atmosphere here is a lot more civilised. You’ll find a genuine sense of community that our clients have built in the gym , it’s not only fitness that’s being found here it’s friendships too. Sure, there are people here who are super-fit, but a lot of our clients just want to lose a bit of weight, build up a bit of core strength or just keep themselves active in an environment that’s big on support and light on judgment. As such, you’ll find our coaches are great listeners , they are here to understand what you’re looking to achieve, to design a fitness programme to suit you, and help you to meet your goals. And those goals? We’ll support you every step of the way – but you’re in charge of where you end up, not us. It’s your level of commitment and self-motivation that’ll be the true difference maker. 💪 I lost three stones of weight since joining 😊 I worried about my ability and fitness level but my worries were put to rest within the first few weeks of being there. 👩‍ "ICON is brilliant for women like me who are juggling work, children, home life, social life, everything . Who don't have enough time" 🤝 The genuine and natural community at the gym fosters a friendly and welcoming environment where everyone gets along and has a good time training together.
