Acro dance is a new style thriving in the dance world. Using strength and flexibility to learn new tricks that will be used creatively in choreography. The syllabus works on progressions, this is to make sure dancers are performing tricks correctly and to the best of their ability. Acro provides the opportunity to learn new skills as well as demonstrate and perfect existing skills that dancers can often already perform. Please note all pupils must pay a £25 annual membership fee.

Ladies Uniform
The choir was asked for volunteers to sit on a sub-committee for ladies' uniform. This was based on the fact that a - material supplies are nearly out b - many of the original blouses are frayed c - many comments have been received from the choir feedback re the ladies' uniform, all of which were complaints or suggestions Based on this the sub-committee's brief was to design and source a sustainable uniform • that would suit everyone from style • that would suit everyone from colour • was practical for walking and climbing onto and off stage • is uniform • may permit the wearing of an additional layer underneath but will also not be too hot • probably the most important point - is sustainable for another 10 years' time both in terms of pattern, colour and material supply
This class is a creative class to grow technique and expression. This is also the first of our Dance Show classes. Core subjects of Tap & Ballet with extra's such as Freestyle, Jazz, Cheerleading and Contemporary included.

Tippy Toe Twirlers, where one adult watches! In the Tippy Toe Twirler class for 4-7 year olds, we introduce more technique and enhanced ballet steps. Through this, your child will enjoy a sense of pride and achievement. In this class, we encourage our ballet dancers to focus and concentrate to a greater degree. We now introduce more individual and partner activities, and the class will follow more complex choreography, whilst still keeping the focus on story telling, creativity and imagination. Children leave with a bounce in their step and a smile on their face.

This class is suitable for dancers age 10+. Contemporary Modern Jazz is an energetic and expressive dance class that combines the strength and precision of jazz technique with the creativity and freedom of contemporary movement. Students develop flexibility, coordination, musicality, stamina, and performance skills through technical exercises, travelling sequences, and choreography. Following the IDTA syllabus, dancers build confidence, explore artistic expression, and develop a strong foundation in a versatile and exciting dance style.

Our 1-hour drama and public speaking class for ages 6–12 hosted at Rotherfield Primary School is lively, imaginative and designed to help children grow in confidence while having fun. Through exciting drama games, improvisation, storytelling, and voice work, children don’t just perform, they learn how to speak clearly, share their ideas with confidence, and feel comfortable expressing themselves in front of others . Public speaking is woven naturally into every session, helping children find their voice in a way that feels enjoyable and empowering. Each class is designed to build strong communication skills, spark imagination, and nurture self-belief within a warm, encouraging environment where every child feels seen and supported. Whether your child already loves the spotlight or is gently stepping out of their shell, we help them develop the confidence to stand tall, speak up, and shine.
Commercial is a style which comes under the 'hiphop umbrella'. Think music video style - full of attitude! The class focuses on choreography, choreographic skills and performance.
