The Drama & LAMDA after school club aims to build the confidence, creativity and expressive skills of every child that we work with. We are confident that your child will benefit from these classes, as participating in drama and performing arts has been proven to impact children in the following ways: • Increased speech and language skills • Increased confidence • Increased creativity and problem-solving skills • Increased wellbeing • Increased academic success LAMDA stands for the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art exams which boast confidence in speech and language, children will be entered for optional LAMDA examinations on a termly basis and receive a certificate. They will progress through the grades over each Academic year and get to the grades which achieve UCAS points in university.

Providing opportunities for your toddler or preschooler to do drama is one of the most valuable things you can do. Not to prepare them for a life on stage, but because drama supports the development of life skills. Our award-winning approach has been doing just that since 2009. We won’t ever make you do anything silly (that’s our job!). Our incredible teachers use Pyjama Drama techniques to engage and entertain your children by creating imaginary worlds for them to explore, play, and learn in. Every session is unique and gives children chance to experience‘ real life’ situations(such as going on a plane or starting school) and fantastical ones(such as having tea with a giant or riding on a magic carpet). Our classes target life skills that will help your child to make new friends, manage conflict, communicate ideas and feelings, understand others’ emotions, solve problems, make decisions, and believe in themselves-all while developing physical skills, and being lots and lots of fun!
In this high-energy and imaginative drama class, students will dive into the world of acting, storytelling, and stage play! Through fun games, improvisation, scene work, and character exploration, young performers will build confidence, teamwork, and creativity — all while having a blast. Each class encourages self-expression and helps students develop their voice, movement, and stage presence in a supportive and inclusive environment. Really amazing value, superb service, amazing with the children. They all laughed and got involved. Magic show, juggling and balloon modelling were all perfect, exactly what my daughter loves!
Tippy Toe Twinkles, where one adult joins in and dances along! Tippy Toes Ballet classes are loved by little ones. Your child will enter the magical world of dance while you share in the experience of the class by participating alongside them. This class introduces basic ballet technique through jumping, galloping, swaying and giggling whilst encouraging their confidence as they twirl around with joy. Children's imagination is a key focus in our program, we use props and age-appropriate songs. The main aim of our Tippy Toe Twinkle class is to encourage children to learn basic technique, follow instruction, and foster their imagination.
