Newbury RDA is based at Wyld Court Stud, Hampstead Norreys. In West Berkshire. We have stables for up to nine ponies, with over ten acres of fields for grazing, an indoor school, an outdoor arena and a Countryside Challenge field. Our innovative programme improves mobility, boosts physical health and mental wellbeing, builds confidence, and teaches new skills. We welcome children with physical and learning disabilities, sensory impairments, long-term health conditions, and neurodiversity. We offer riding to children from schools in the Newbury and surrounding areas such as: Priors Court, Fir Tree, Theale Primary School, Trinity School and The Avenue School, Reading. We also take individual referrals for local children, so please do get in touch.

Our amazing Clip 'n Climb arena at Places Leisure Camberley includes 25 interactive and fun climbing walls towering over 20 feet high, as well as 11 additional auto belay points on our mosaic walls, each showcasing unique and striking designs with different challenges! Learn to climb in a fun social format and make it your child’s new hobby. From basic skills all the way through to skilled climbing, work through our 3 levels of award scheme for a progressive learning experience. Courses will focus on top rope climbing on our mosaic wall. Suitable for ages 7 to 16 years.

Brook Country Park was officially opened on 23rd June 2010 by John Hall, Director of Essex Wildlife Trust. Children from Great Clacton Church of England Junior School were invited along to plant shrubs and trees at the site (see above photograph).
