Designed for school-aged children from Reception and up, this class is the final stage of our ballet progression pathway. Dancers build on the foundations developed in our younger classes, growing in confidence, technique, and their understanding of ballet. This structured 45-minute class develops posture, balance, coordination, musicality, strength, and flexibility while introducing more advanced ballet movements and challenges. Children are encouraged to think creatively, contribute ideas, and express themselves through movement and choreography. Working independently and as part of a team, dancers develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of achievement in a fun, positive, and inspiring environment. Uniform is not compulsory; anything comfortable to dance in is perfect. We also offer a beautiful range of tutus and dancewear through our website, and teachers can assist with ballet shoe fittings if required.

You'll learn routines and work on the ISTD Modern Dance syllabus as a foundation—plus lots of opportunities to build flexibility, strength, and performance skills along the way. Whether you're looking to take your dancing further with ISTD exams or just want to have fun, express yourself, and grow as a performer, this class has something for you.

Starz Acro combines the strength and athleticism of acrobatics with the creativity of dance. Perfect for children who love learning new skills, this exciting class develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Following the Starz Acro progression programme, dancers work through structured skill levels and celebrate achievements as they progress safely and confidently. Alongside tumbling skills, children explore choreography, partner work, and teamwork, helping them build communication skills and self-belief. Whether your child is new to Acro or already loves practising tricks, Starz Acro provides a positive environment where they can challenge themselves, achieve goals, and have fun. Uniform is not compulsory; comfortable clothing suitable for movement, stretching, and acrobatic skills is all that's required.
