Creating ART

By Creating ART

Creating ART! is the brainchild of founder Emily Cooling, and is committed to Creating ART workshops in a unique environment where adults, children and everybody in between can learn new ways to express themselves and experiment with arts and crafts techniques ranging from the very basic to the truly complex and exotic. The workshops , classes and events we put on help participants at all stages in their life and at all levels of ability learn creatively, build self-confidence and self-esteem, and gain arts & crafts skills that are both practical and artistic. Creative art workshops are instrumental in supporting mental health, wellbeing, and mindfulness for both adults and children. Engaging in creative activities unleashes a unique form of self-expression and emotional release. For children, creative art workshops provide a safe avenue to explore feelings, develop problem-solving skills, and enhance cognitive abilities, fostering confidence and self-esteem. Similarly, for adults, immersing oneself in creative pursuits offers a therapeutic outlet for stress relief, relaxation, and personal growth. By tapping into their creativity, individuals of all ages can cultivate mindfulness, staying present in the moment, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. Creative art workshops serve as a powerful way to nurturing mental wellbeing, fostering resilience, and enriching lives with joy and fulfillment.
