In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination.

We offer competitive and recreational classes for kids 3+ in cheer, tumbling, hip hop, jazz, ballet and acro. Our unique custom built dance studios provide a safe and welcoming environment for young people to learn new skills and have fun.
