A structured introduction to gymnastics . This class focuses on building strong foundations through core shapes, rolls, jumps, balance work and introductory apparatus skills. Sessions are designed to develop coordination, body awareness, listening skills and confidence in a positive and supportive environment. (The age range is a guide however gymnasts must be at least 5 to take part in this class they may stay in the class longer if skills needed to move up are not yet met)

Our recreational gymnastics for Fun classes designed for children of all ages – use equipment and techniques that are adapted to their age groups. They are designed as fun ways to explore gymnastics and movement. The weekly varying activities in these hour-long classes allow children to play and burn energy whilst learning gymnastics and general body control.
