About Step Into Yoga
Yoga 4 Kids
“Our son (aged 7) is hypermobile, which means that he is super bendy, with poor core strength. He has been attending Renate’s Yoga 4 Kids for around a year now and he absolutely loves her and the class. As well as loving it, his core strength has improved greatly, which means that he can now ride a bike and is super speedy on his scooter. A huge milestone. Thank-you Renate, you have enabled a positive change in Max’s life.”
