best to assist you by suspending or terminating the program and refunding the unused portion. Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations of this nature. Cancellation of a Session: We only cancel sessions under extreme circumstances, such as hazardous conditions. If a session is canceled, we will reschedule it, but we cannot refund or credit the session if you are unable to attend. If the session cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a credit for use on your next booking. Amendments/Errors to Bookings: Our online booking system (Class4kids) does not permit parents to modify or cancel a booking made in error.
