Subscription : Tots United® works with ClassForKids® to provide you with an easy-to-use, modern and secure online booking system for all our class bookings. It should take no more than a few minutes to make your booking on our platform. It really is super simple! Kindly note the following terms apply:- ▪Our classes are only offered in monthly blocks. The cost of each monthly block is set out above. ▪Payments are made in advance on the 1st of each month through a recurring subscription payment. ▪If you're signing up during a month, your child can start right away! We'll ask you to send us a pro-rata covering payment for the remaining classes running that month, which will complete your child's enrolment. Alternatively, we may add a pro-rata covering payment onto your next payment. ▪Children must be enrolled for a minimum of 1 monthly block. This gives them the best opportunity to settle into the class environment. ▪Our classes can only be booked in blocks, and we don’t have options to book single classes on their own, defer or make up missed classes etc. It works the same way as a place at nursery – in that once booked in and paid for, that’s the place taken up at our class and there's no refunds for non-attendance. Due to the large number of children enrolled with us, we will not contact you about non-attendance if it occurs. ▪We can only take children into our classes if they have a confirmed booking and are on the class register (without exceptions). Therefore, to avoid any disappointment - please ensure your booking and subscription is in place correctly and up to date. Subscription cancellation: you must provide Notice in writing by email to: [email protected] before the last day of the current calendar month if you wish to cancel your subscription for the following month. We are unable to offer a refund if we receive late Notice. Cancellations are processed at the end of the month.
