Trampolining is a fun and energetic class where children develop coordination, balance, strength, and aerial awareness. Gymnasts will learn correct jumping technique, body shapes, and progressively develop skills in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. What to wear: • Comfortable sportswear • Hair tied up securely • Socks • No jewellery (including studs) All participants are required to have Club membership and British Gymnastics Community insurance, this must be purchased after your first session
