Tiny Jitz is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program designed for ages 3-7, (and Junior Jitz aged 8 - 12) focusing on confidence, coordination, and teamwork. Through fun, structured classes, kids develop balance, agility, and basic self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Using age-appropriate games and drills, we help children improve focus, problem-solving, and communication while building a strong foundation in movement and fitness. More
