Your 40-minute experience includes: Exclusive use of our specialist pool – a calm, private environment without the noise, crowds or distractions of public swimming lessons. Dedicated 1:1 specialist instruction – your teacher remains in the water throughout the session, providing personalised guidance, reassurance and support. Individualised swimming development – from first experiences in the water and building water confidence to developing swimming techniques, independence and essential water safety skills. Sensory-aware teaching – adapting communication, activities, equipment and the pace of each session to suit individual sensory and emotional needs. Play-based and therapeutic-style activities – using enjoyable water-based activities to encourage movement, coordination, confidence and relaxation, without claiming to provide clinical aquatic therapy. Communication without barriers – supporting non-verbal swimmers through visual aids, demonstrations, repetition and alternative communication approaches.
