The Weekly Meet-Up is essentially a Zoom-based sharing circle for anyone expecting a baby or newly parenting. It's an opportunity to talk about how each individual is feeling emotionally/physically etc. and share tips/advice/experiences. It is very relaxed and there is no pressure to contribute but everyone has the opportunity to. Going forward we will have a discussion about a different topic each week, maybe baby related and maybe not! I also teach hypnobirthing and ante-natal classes in Hackney, London.
