Our TeenGym classes cater for older gymnasts who are wanting to help direct their own programme, working on skills they choose themselves. Gymnasts have the option of completing the NatGap Awards, as well as taking part in the End of Year Club Competition as well as a festival. All gymnasts are required to pay insurance, this is paid directly to British Gymnastics.

LX Gymnastics Club offers gymnastics classes to suit gymnasts of all ages and abilities. From BabyGym sessions to Parent Assist, MiniGym, JuniorGym, Improver, Advanced classes, NinjaGym, Special Olympics and Adult class, we have something to suit everyone!
