Boys and girls are all welcome to these sessions which focus on improving fitness in a fun, positive environment. Working in coach-led groups, gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault and air track. As Gymnasts get older our sessions introduce more demanding skills through safe and challenging progressions. Skill level is matched to individual ability ensuring engaged, healthy, happy children.
