group in November. The transition into the Old Patesians' U9s group is seamless at the end of the term and we have done this now for many years. More information will be given to you before then. The sessions are split in to bursts of activity in a dynamic round-robin format. Children move from one activity to the next experiencing many of our dedicated coaches who keep them motivated, smiling and on task. Each skill station can be anything from 7-12 minutes long helping to avoid down-time and standing still. The activities are designed to be challenging but cater for all levels of ability. They involve children working individually, but also as part of a team. Lots of mini-games ensure a healthy attitude towards competition with children encouraged to be gracious in victory and humble in defeat. We have a thorough warm up at the beginning of sessions, and end with children knocking over big Rugby tackle bags. We recommend a mouth guard for your children, to keep them safe in contact.
