Didcot Wave Leisure Centre on Newlands Avenue has everything you need for fitness and family fun under one roof. The gym covers cardio and strength training, while the 25-metre pool is home to our popular wave machine and flume - perfect for action-packed family sessions with music and waves. Two brand-new studios offer group cycle, HIIT, yoga, strength and conditioning, circuits and boxfit classes, with aqua aerobics being a local favourite. We run seated exercise for older adults and junior fitness programmes for kids, plus swimming lessons all week. Birthday party packages let you celebrate here with pool games and activities.
