make rhythmic sounds with their feet, helping to improve timing, coordination, and balance in a playful and engaging way. Parents/guardians are still welcome in the room, but are encouraged to sit and watch as your Shooting Star builds the confidence to dance independently. Most children at this age are more than ready to shine on their own, making this class a perfect stepping stone to our Upper School programme. Additionally, at age 4+, children can join our Acrobatics classes — perfect for little ones who can’t keep still and love to be upside down! In these exciting sessions, they’ll learn to cartwheel, roll, handstand, and more, while developing strength, balance, and flexibility. Please note: Acrobatics students are required to enter class independently.
