Dancers need a strong understanding of technique, musicality, control and movement quality in order to develop their commercial style and performance skills. For this reason, dancers must also attend a weekly Technique class alongside Commercial, choosing either Jazz or Ballet & Lyrical. In Senior Commercial, dancers will explore a range of commercial styles while developing musicality, style, stamina, confidence and performance through fun and challenging choreography. Routines learned in class may be showcased in our shows and events (optional), giving students the opportunity to gain valuable performance experience in a supportive and encouraging environment.
