What's Happening: This term we will be exploring putting on a full children play from Julia Donaldson’s collection Play Time. We will learn about auditioning, rehearsed reading and learning lines, building characters from text. Our end goal is to cast everyone in double roles so that they can work together to discover their characters and each cast member will have a few scenes to themselves but the whole play will be preformed by the class. Cost: The Price for the full 10 sessions is £165.00. Trial lessons £16.50. ** Please note that the Trial Lesson option is only available to New Starters** Collection: Reception, Years 1&2: Please collect from outside Reception by West Wing Hall. Snacks: There will be healthy snacks provided for your child, after running this for a few terms I know how popular it is, and will continue to offer fruit and veg, muffins or brioche, snack bars/biscuits and approved crisps or popcorn. If you would prefer to continue to send your child with home snacks, please do so, but I always have enough fruit for them if needed. Change of Clothes: If you are able to please pack a spare set of gym-like clothes, and for the girls to put some shorts on under their dresses.
