RAD Silver Swans Ballet (55 - 99yrs)

completely new to ballet, returning after a break, recovering from injury, getting back into exercise, or simply looking for a gentle and enjoyable way to stay active, this class is designed to be accessible to anyone who wants to enjoy ballet and movement in a supportive environment! Led by a licensed Silver Swans® teacher, each class combines beautiful music with carefully adapted ballet exercises to help improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. Classes are taught at a comfortable pace, with exercises that can be adapted to individual abilities and needs, allowing everyone to work at a level that feels right for them! The class can be particularly beneficial for those looking to build strength and mobility, regain confidence in movement, return to exercise after a period of inactivity or injury, or simply enjoy moving their body in a friendly and encouraging environment!
