and pride ourselves on delivering first class tuition at affordable prices. We hold many annual events such as shows, exams and gradings to give our students the best experience possible. All our sessions are fun, encouraging and supportive and are delivered in a safe and inclusive environment so that children can develop. Our Health academy provides Health, Wellbeing, Fitness and Support to women at every stage of their life. This also includes pre-natal, post-natal and mature women. We love that we deliver workouts for women, by women! We also offer Mature Movers sessions under our Health banner. Mature Movers is a series of weekly classes designed for over 50’s and they benefit from a space to remain active, have fun and socialise.
