Primary Modern and Tap (5 - 7yrs)

Modern and Tap dance aimed at entry level skills. Modern dance is a vastly expressive form of dance that includes the use of the arms and body to incorporate dramatic drop and roll movement and non-conforming leaps and gestures. Tap dancing is a rhythmic and percussive style of dance where dancers create sounds by striking the floor with metal plates on the heels and toes of their shoes, called tap shoes. It blends movement with music, turning the dancer into both a performer and a musician.
