A 45 minute structured class for children aged 2.5-5 years which is led by a qualified pre-school coach. This is a themed session where coaches will lead a group warm up, then teach basic pre-school gymnastic skills on the specialised equipment. Parents do not take part in this session but are asked to stay and wait in the reception area.
