Pre-School A 45 minute coach lead session where children learn the basic gymnastics in a fun and safe environment, Coaches supporting and guiding children throughout the session. Each gymnastic session covers rolling, balancing, swinging and jumping. Along with this core tasks and exercises will be filtered into the sessions which will aid things such as coordination, muscle strength and confidence. Age 3+ Coach lead class of a very small number of gymnasts
