Our 45 minute pre recreational classes in gymnastics cater for boys and girls from 3-4years old. They are tailored to help the children benefit from an active lifestyle whilst having fun, and to develop socially and physically. Gymnastics incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline benefitting all children. We plan our sessions progressively to develop a variety of basic gymnastics skills in a fun environment
