Orange Ball - Advanced (8 - 10.9yrs)

This session is designed for players aged 8-10 who are confidently rallying, serving and competing and are ready to define their technique and tactical awareness. Players will work on developing more consistent and controlled groundstrokes, improving serve and return skills and introducing different spins and directional play. A combination of high tempo drills, conditioned games and match play players will aim to: Maintain longer rallies Use width, depth and height effectively Develop a reliable serve and return Learn to transition between defense and attack Improvement, footwork, anticipation and recovery
