About the organiser

At Acorn Early Years , we’ve been inspiring children for over 35 years with our ethos of child-led learning, outdoor exploration, and nurturing care . We are proud to be the largest childcare provider in Milton Keynes, offering high‑quality early education and out‑of‑school care across the region. As a social enterprise and not‑for‑profit organisation, everything we do is centred around children’s wellbeing, learning, and happiness. Any surplus we generate goes straight back into improving our settings, supporting our staff, and creating enriching experiences for families — ensuring children always come first. Our holiday clubs reflect these values, providing a safe, nurturing, and adventure‑filled environment where children can explore, grow, and thrive. With skilled practitioners, dedicated Forest School leaders, and a rich blend of outdoor adventures, creative play, and hands‑on learning, every day offers something new. Children build confidence, independence, and real‑world skills through woodland activities, team challenges, crafts, and play with friends — all wrapped in Acorn’s warm, community‑focused approach. Families choose Acorn because they know their children are cared
