The sessions focus on each child’s wellbeing and personal development through self-reflection. The children explore their Superpowers and Superskills, building confidence and self-esteem. Each session incorporates elements of drama, games and creative tasks. The sessions have focus topics including Meditation, Mindfulness, exploring Breathing Techniques, Gratitude and much more.
