A postpartum Fitness class designed for mums and their little ones. Building strength through bodyweight movement + improve core stability, and overall mobility. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. AND WHEN I SAY ALL LEVELS, I MEAN IT, EVERYONE IS WELCOME...I'VE GOT YOU:) All you need is yourself, your training mat, & water. Bubs will need a play mat or blanket + their fave toys. NO, it won't be perfect, YES it will sometimes get crazy, but it will be fun. And we are all in it TOGETHER!
