I also offer nurture circles which are a blend of my massage and yoga courses as well as focussing mothers relaxation and wellness. I also offer nature based mothers circles that incorporate baby wearing, mindfulness and gratitude journaling. All my services are also available to book in groups or 1:1 at my home or yours.
