Technique & Stamina Our Technique & Stamina class is designed to help dancers develop the essential skills needed to excel in all styles of dance. Students will focus on improving flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and overall technique, with particular emphasis on Ballet and Jazz fundamentals. This class is ideal for dancers looking to refine their performance, improve precision and build the strength and endurance required for training and competitions. A must for all dancers.
