experienced coaches are there to help settle any nerves. The class is tailored to this foundation stage, with an emphasis on variety and engagement. We will work towards and develop core Gymnastics skills and use different apparatus each week such as bars, vault, trampettes and airtracks, always in a fun, creative and imaginative way. With this young age group we will also dedicate time to developing important physical and social capabilities (also known as POWERS) such as strength, coordination, confidence and communication. Progress with skills and demonstration of our values will be rewarded with certificates, stickers and medals. We have a specific set of age appropriate objectives around: Understanding, Skills and Behaviours. Our aim is always to work towards these with our SMILE, MOVE, GROW values at the forefront. This means children have fun and are safe, they are active and engaged and they learn and progress.

About First Gymnastics
First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE.
