Children will work on various gymnastics aspects such as strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Children will learn to be in control of their body, developing and demonstrating key gymnastics skills in a disciplined, confident and fun way. Our coaches delivering this class are specialist gymnastics coaches, some of whom have competed at Scottish and National competitions. The gymnastics curriculum is similar to school PE gymnastics - with the focus being on fun and enjoyment as well as skills development.
