Within the class we can cater for different skill levels, whether children are getting to grips with Gymnastics or are already showing a good level of competence. Children will work through a structured programme, tailored to age and ability, with our coaches each week covering different core gymnastics skills and progressions, apparatus and support activities. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years.
