This class is suitable for children aged 8 - 12 years. Within the class we can cater for different skill levels, whether children are getting to grips with Gymnastics or are already showing a good level of competence. Children will work through a structured program, tailored to age and ability, with our coaches each week covering different core gymnastics skills and progressions, apparatus and support activities. of our values will be rewarded with certificates, stickers and medals. We have a specific set of age appropriate objectives around: Understanding, Skills and Behaviours. Our aim is always to work towards these with our SMILE, MOVE, GROW values at the forefront. This means children have fun and are safe, they are active and engaged and they learn and progress.

About First Gymnastics
First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. GROW ethos is at the heart of everything we do, meaning: - We have fun and are safe - We are active and engaged - We learn and increase in confidence
