Lyrical Teens 1 class is designed for experienced dancers who are ready to develop their technique, artistry and performance skills at a higher level. The class combines elements of ballet, contemporary and expressive movement, with a strong focus on flexibility, strength, control, musicality and emotion. Dancers will work on advanced choreography incorporating turns, leaps, extensions, floor work and more complex transitions. Dancers are encouraged to connect deeply with the music, express emotion and tell a story through movement, while developing their individual style, confidence and overall performance quality.

Street, Cheer, Lyrical, Acro, Jazz & Latin. Drop off is via reception, collection via the back door across the car park. No parents allowed in class due to safeguarding, but you are more than welcome to wait in reception.
